Hi!  Jack sold my friends' Leslie and Beth's house in five days, and I met him through them.  He took me to the theatre, and I liked him very much.  He is very accessible and personable.  I felt from the beginning that he was a go-getter, that real estate is his life.  he will do anything to get your listing, and to sell your home.  I told him last year that if I ever sold my home that I wanted him to sell it.  I do know so many agents, and I had a lot fo guilt in not choosing one in particular, whom I know is also a terrific real estate salesperson and a good friend, but I felt in my gut that Jack would sell my home, especially in this terrible market. 

He put up a For Sale sign on my lawn at 3PM this past Sunday, and brought a buyer at 7PM.  I was in contract the next day. 

What more can I say?  He hustles for you, but nicely, no attitude.  He sells your house.

Thank you for all of your guidance and help in finding us the best deal and the best house in Miami Beach.  We learned so much - from the time we took our first trip to look for a little bungalow in Surfside to finally settling on a waterfront renovation - about the market, the housing stock and the Miami neighborhoods.  Jack, you are a masterful realtor - one of a few we have come to really trust in our many housing adventures.
